Underwhelming Stay with Several Issues

I am not happy with the several problems. There was a cockroach in the room. I did not expect this after paying a lot for just one night. The food was not great either. I think the hotel needs to do better.
The room was spacious and well-designed. i especially loved the fireplace, it added so much charm. breakfast had a wide variety of options, very tasty too. the grounds were expansive. A really beautiful place.
the hotel safe was not working. when we asked reception, they said somebody would fix it but nobody came.

breakfast has a substantial buffet. it includes a wide selection of items. many meals are prepared with halal dietary needs in mind. the restaurant offered fast, high-quality service.

The location is perfect. there are onsite restaurants. They were convenient. there were kid's play areas. hikes down to the beach are accessible from the grounds.

The staff was fantastic and always willing to assist with any request. I received an upgrade to a suite with a private balcony, and I enjoyed my morning coffee there every day. The private beach was a great location, with white sand and clear turquoise waters.
The parking area is a bit far from the entrance.

Breakfast offered a great selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. I found the quality to be very high. The restaurant had a varied menu, and I enjoyed the fresh seafood options that were available. The food was AMAZING!!!
